Our Story

Kaitlin Soto is the owner and operator of Flourish Juice Co. in Joliet, IL. She is dedicated to educating others (including her 5 year old toddler/marketing manager, Carson) on how to improve their quality of life through nutrition. Recycling makes her jump for joy and turmeric juice makes her cry happy tears (yes, she’s weird but we love her anyway)! She graduated college with honors and received her Bachelor’s in Nutrition Science from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She has received awards for nutrition education, volunteerism, notable women in business, nutrition advocacy and more. Her business has been flourishing since 2016 with the help of her amazing team members and family.

As with most influential start-ups, Flourish began as a necessity to fill a huge health void in the community. Oh, and Kaitlin also needed a job (it was either this or work at Abbott Labs selling Pedialyte). This health void wasn’t just in the Joliet community, but the entire health community within a 100-mile radius (sometimes further). Health “freaks” will travel far and wide when they find something they love. That was Kait, until she decided to make her own high quality health products right at home. What started in a home kitchen (sorry, Emily) in 2016 with 10 customers (and a new born baby) has grown into an expanding commercial facility with hundreds of customers; hopefully thousands in the next year. The goal will ALWAYS remain constant — No matter how much flourishing and growing will take place at our company, we will NEVER compromise on the quality. ALWAYS fresh fruits and veggies. No cheap crap, no hpp (this is 98% of your shipped or store bought “juice”), no synthetic garbage (did you know there are unlabeled carcinogens in store citrus brands?), always bottled in glass that we work so damn hard to keep going, all for our favorite flourishing friend: YOU!
